Liability Release:

I understand that dancing is a sport and that there is a certain amount of risk involved. I, on behalf of myself, my executors, conservators, heirs, devisees, and assigns, hereby waive any damage rights I may have against SFLX'08, the venues, and/or any festival staff or agents for any and all injury and damages I may suffer by participating in the classes and/or dances at any location during the San Francisco Lindy Exchange 2008, to be held September 12, 2008 to September 14th, 2008.

I also understand that by dancing or otherwise participating at this event, my picture may be taken or I may be filmed --- and I hereby consent to the use and/or commercialization of my image, without compensation to me (whether in print, in video, published on the Internet, or otherwise), by SFLX'08, its promoters, and its or their successors and assigns, for any purpose whatsoever, including but not limited to the promotion of future dance events.
