Oh boy, we had a feeling we'd get questions about this, so here's Dave to back it up:

Dave's Lindy Stats (2008)

He's been going to Lindy Exchanges longer than anyone.
He was at the very first Lindy Exchange, in December of 1998, and he's the only person from that event who has continued to travel to Lindy Exchanges on a regular basis since then. You do the math.
He's been to more Lindy Exchanges than anyone.
There are lots of ways to count "Exchanges" - do you only count events that have the word "Exchange" in them, or do you count large non-workshop weekend dance events that people travel in to dance at? Either way, the count is somewhere between 100-200.
He's hosted more Lindy Hoppers than anyone.
Again, many ways to count.
- Number of "guest-stays": approximately 500+
- Number of "guest-nights": approximately 2000+
- Most guests for one event: 35 (Blues Rising 2007, 34 @ SFLX'08)
(The last record is debatable, let Dave know if anyone has hosted more people for one event - at one point the record was held by Warehouse Dan in Sacramento and FireMark in San Diego, props to them both!)
